Support change
We provide comprehensive support for change at an organizational, team and individual level. Our straightforward, structured work methodology facilitates collaboration agreements between leaders and their teams. It also gives particular attention to the concept of making everyone accountable (leaders, managers, employees).

Targeted actions at the heart of change
Sometimes, resistance to change is centred around a leader, a team, or a department. To work in-depth and over the long term (without focusing specifically on the ‘symptom’), we carry out a structured diagnosis to understand the imbalances or resistances involved and then suggest targeted interventions (e.g. team or individual coaching, working sessions, clarification of relational processes).
Rethink HR strategy
We help organizations define a coherent HR framework to ensure the implementation of the organizational strategy. The different parts of the HR cycle are then designed in accordance with the company’s values and objectives: formulation of a real HR policy, review of the competency framework, measuring and evolution of employee performance and development.
Introduce new HR processes
The HR processes of today might not ensure the success of tomorrow’s organization. We’ll advise you when reviewing and thinking about your current processes and benchmarks: competency model, leadership framework, performance management process, recruitment strategy, career management, mentoring, training, and more.

Emerging change
This methodology enables all members of an organization to adapt to change and to be responsible for its successful conclusion. Its cornerstone is the clarification and encouragement of zones for dialogue between the different levels of the organization.

Berne’s theory of organizations
This is a set of tools which enable the management of a group or an organization to be understood and effectively acted on.

Systemic approach
This approach makes it possible to grasp the complexity of an individual or a group in their relational dynamics. It considers the different levels of an organization and their challenges, the interaction between parts, and causes of balance and imbalance.

Qualia Competency Model
Qualia has developed a competency model adapted to meet tomorrow’s challenges (e.g. collaboration, digitalization, system mindset). This structured, hierarchical model offers a sound foundation to create and/or review HR processes (performance, recruitment, development, leadership).

Collective intelligence
Collective intelligence provides a variety of methods which allow members of a group to contribute effectively to a common objective. This approach enables a group to deliver better results than those which could be produced by a few enthusiastic members.
