Céline Engels has spent her entire career in human resources. She began her career 10 years ago in recruitment and selection before focusing on skills development and career management. As a consultant, she has undertaken Assessment Center, training, skills audit, and coaching assignments. She has also taken on the role of Business Partner with a leading consulting firm.
As coach and trainer, she is certified in the use of the Enneagram and specializes in career and educational guidance. She also makes use of NLP and neuroscience tools to support both individuals and teams.

An experienced consultant and certified coach, Sonia provides consulting services, specifically in the area of talent acquisition and assessment. As a coach, she focuses on assisting clients in search of new employment opportunities or looking to change their career path.

Nadine Montens has spent her career in human resources. For more than 15 years, she has built a proven track-record in performance evaluation and management, executive assessment, 360º feedback, and coaching.
In coaching both individuals and teams she makes use of NLP (The Coaching Square – Brussels, ICF accredited) and the systemic approach (Organization & Relationship System Coaching – ORSC, Paris). She is accredited by the ICF.

Carole Simon has spent 11 years in a Human Resources role in a small to medium enterprise in the Metz area. Trained in the Process Communication Model® and in undertaking professional reviews, she now devotes her time to delivering training in HR and management issues, diagnosis, providing consulting support to companies on HR and organizational issues, and individual coaching.
In parallel, Carole Simon has taught at IAE – University of Lorraine as a guest lecturer on HR and management themes.

After a 8-year experience as Tax Consultant, she took a role of HR Business Partner in a Big Four company. Her operational experience in Human Resources combined with her understanding of the business world give her a strong background to manage a large asset of HR projects: career counseling, performance and talent management, training and coaching.

Après sa formation en école de commerce dans une option en ressources humaines, Emilie commence sa carrière comme assistante pour ensuite intégrer une société d’audit internationale dans le département formation. Elle y coordonne des projets de grandes envergures: animation d'un important réseau de formateurs, organisation de séminaire, gestion des budgets, reporting…
Suite à une opportunité familiale, elle entreprend dans le secteur de la restauration où elle gère des séminaires et des événements familiaux tout en assurant une partie de la gérance. En 2018, elle décide faire le point sur ses motivations et ses aspirations et fait le choix d'occuper un poste d’Assistante de Direction et d’Office Manager chez Qualia.
