All of our solutions are based on six disciplines that complement each other. They form the foundation of our practices and provide an instructive methodological framework for reflection to structure our approach.

Systemic Approach

The systemic approach studies individuals and organizations in their complexity and their relational dynamics. It takes into account the various challenges involved, the interaction between parts, and causes of balance and imbalance.

Constellations allow a system’s problems to be quickly grasped. Based on a physical representation of the situation (using simple objects), they make it easier to understand the underlying dynamic of the system in question and to indicate the directions to be taken.

MBSR Qualified teacher

The Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction programme provides an introduction to mindful meditation. It is a way of training attention that allows a watchful awareness of one’s own thoughts, actions, and motivations to be developed over 8 weeks.

Mindfulness gradually develops the ability to free yourself from perceptions and mental conditioning and to connect yourself in a different way to events to improve your experience of them.

The Neurocognitive Approach provides a systems view of individual behaviour and allows it to be managed as a whole. It helps in understanding the cerebral mechanisms that underpin decision-making and human behaviour. It identifies the mental process used during decision-making and provides a means of interpreting behaviours while offering practical tools to manage them better.

Developed by Madeleine Laugeri, Emerging Change© is a systemic approach for understanding and correcting human processes within an organization. This methodology enables all members of an organization to adapt to change and to be responsible for its successful conclusion. This approach is particularly relevant for supporting individuals and organizations faced with continuous organizational change using clarification and encouraging zones for dialogue.

Our solutions are straightforward and backed by a rigorous methodology. This is because the validity of the assessment process depends on the protocol, the quality of the observations made, and the insights reached.

With more than 20 years’ experience in skills assessment, the experience and training of our assessors ensure observations that are both accurate and which have high added-value.

Analyse transactionnelle

Transactional Analysis, developed by American psychiatrist Eric Berne, is a theory of personality, social relationships and communication. It aims to raise our awareness of “what is going on here and now” in relationships between two people and within groups. Transactional Analysis offers criteria for understanding relationship problems and provides modes of intervention to help resolve them. It is a psychology of human growth founded on the hypothesis that everyone can learn to have confidence in themselves and become autonomous.

Qualia designate all of the direct impressions and sensations produced by our senses, at the present moment and of which we are aware.

We have developed an application that allows Assessment Centers to be conducted with a maximum level of objectivity. It allows observations to be identified in a methodical manner, and to document recorded evaluations precisely and accurately. This tool is a real aid for an assessor, who can consequently devote all of their attention to the observation and development of the professional being evaluated.

In connection with our assessment activities, we have developed our own business cases to guarantee that our clients use simulation exercises that are adapted to their specific needs. All of our exercises are available in English, French and German. They are available in several levels of complexity and reflect as closely as possible the requirements of the various functions for which professionals are evaluated.

We have developed a competency model adapted to meet tomorrow’s challenges (e.g. collaboration, digitalization, system mindset). This structured, hierarchical model offers a sound foundation to create and/or review HR processes (performance, recruitment, development, leadership). It includes a large number of behavioural indicators and is available in English, French and German.
